Booking privacy.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and appointment details are used to arrange and manage your session. Please share any health information directly with your therapist, rather than through the booking form.

Who can see it

Authorised clinic staff can view the appointments they manage. The website is hosted on Vercel, and booking records are stored in Supabase.

Your appointment link

Your confirmation includes a private link that lets you view, cancel or reschedule the appointment. Keep it private: anyone with that link can manage that appointment.
